Nebraska Junior Golf Hires New Director
Kurt Karcher, PGA has been hired as the new Director of Nebraska Junior Golf. Kurt has been on the NJG team for the past two seasons. He has done a terrific job with TEAM Golf and assisting with the NJG Tour. "I am very excited to start this next chapter in my golf career and look forward to playing a bigger role for junior golf in Nebraska". Kurt is from the small town of Geneva, Nebraska and graduated with a major in PGA Golf Management at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a minor in business administration. He graduated in August of 2018 and received his Class A PGA Membership.
Seth Scollard, PGA (former NJG Director) has taken a full-time position with the Nebraska Section PGA where he will be the Managing Director of the Nebraska Section PGA and their Foundation, PGA REACH Nebraska. We can’t thank Seth enough for his role as the Director of Nebraska Junior Golf over the past 3 seasons as he continued to help elevate Nebraska Junior Golf. We wish Seth the best with the Nebraska Section PGA.
As we close another fantastic season of Nebraska Junior Golf we want to thank you all for your support. We look forward to another great year with Kurt leading the Nebraska Junior Golf Program.
